Ephesians 4:29-32

It is easy to become discouraged when we see others making, what we consider, poor choices in life. It is also easy to become angry and resentful for the hurt they cause others with these choices. God used this scripture today to remind me to do my best to be tender and resist Satan's attempts at causing further division. I was really moved in my heart to edify with my speech (something many of you know I struggle with at times) and was challenged to be more mature in my spiritual walk.

"Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word that is good for edification, according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear. Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind one to another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you."

Thanks for sharing what God put on your heart. The scripture you shared was awesome, yes at times we fall and fail, but we get back up and seek that overcoming spirit that lives on the inside of us. Greater is He that is in us amen
