Today we celebrated the Race for the Cure at Chloe's school. They have done their version of the Race "Kids for the Cure" for a few years now. Chloe's teacher from 1st grade is a Breast Cancer Survivor and has been awesome at getting the school involved in raising funds for the Cure. Each student is encouraged to walk at least a mile at the local school track. The kids get medals, stickers, prizes, etc. for their fundraising efforts. Here are some sweet pictures from the day. The school raised a grand total of $2,275! They did great. :)
